Sales Policy

Payment Terms: FMK Firearms accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discovery.

Shipping & Delivery: To make buying from us simple, shipping and handling within the contiguous U.S. (UPS ground or common carrier) is free of charge. Please contact Customer Support for Alaska, Hawaii, and International shipping costs. If you need faster delivery, you can arrange for overnight or second-day delivery. Contact Customer Support for more information and costs. Many products are ready to ship within two days of your order, while others are manufactured when you place the order. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations. Most products ship by UPS or FedEx. Items shipped freight (L.T.L. carrier) are delivered to curbside or driveway only; for any additional delivery needs, please contact us during our customer support hours.

Returns: You may return items for a refund or credit, excluding shipping and handling, in addition to a 20% re-stocking fee. Returns must be approved by FMK Firearms. Returns must be reported within ten days of your receipt of goods. Returned merchandise must be in the original carton and in new condition, packaged properly. Damages: All items received as damaged goods will be replaced by FMK Firearms; please email us a photo of the damage at support@fmkfirearms.com.
