My wife and I both have the FMK 9c1 Gen2 pistols and we couldn’t be more pleased. I originally had contacted FMK to make a suggestion of a future upgrade (perhaps a solid guide rod with non-captured recoil spring or stronger recoil spring as our guns do not go into full battery on occasion). I was very surprised when they told me they already had the heavier springs and would be happy to send them out to me. That is being proactive as well as great customer service. this company is what America used to be, honest, respectful, and knows how to be sure customers keep coming back. They stand behind their products and that is very refreshing. I have dealt with other companies before (Glock, S&W, and others) and their customer service pales in comparison.
